Nasim Afsar, MD, MBA is a visionary healthcare executive with deep expertise in operations, digital transformation, and market strategy. As former SVP and Chief Health Officer at Oracle, she led multiple business units and forged critical alliances across the health ecosystem. Her 15 years leading healthcare systems include serving as COO at UCI Health, overseeing $1B in revenue, and as Associate Chief Medical Officer at UCLA Health, where she pioneered large-scale population health and quality initiatives.

Her influence extends to national policy through collaborations with the White House, the National Quality Forum, and the National Academy of Medicine. She has served on multiple boards, including the Society of Hospital Medicine, where she was President. Dr. Afsar holds a BS from Caltech, an MD from UC Davis, and an MBA from UCLA Anderson.

Shane McRann Bigelow is the CEO of Ownum, a holding company focused on digitizing vital records such as vehicle titles and birth and death certificates through companies including Champ Titles and Vital Chain. Under his leadership, Ownum’s companies modernize government infrastructure by converting paper-based systems to secure digital platforms powered by blockchain technology. Prior to Ownum, Shane was a Senior Vice President and Managing Director at Bernstein, where he led a portion of the firm’s U.S. business and served on the Responsible Investment Committee focused on ESG and the United Nations Principles for Responsible Investment.  Shane graduated cum laude from the University of Notre Dame and holds a master’s degree in international political economy and development from Fordham University.

Melissa Kline, RN, DNP, is a dedicated healthcare leader with over 20 years of experience in healthcare systems. She currently serves as a board member of the Commission on Magnet Recognition and holds the Glick Chair at the Case Western Reserve University School of Nursing. Melissa previously served as Chief Nurse Executive at The MetroHealth System. She holds a Doctor of Nursing Practice from Chamberlain University, a Master’s degree in Nurse Leadership and Management from Walden University, and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Akron.

Narinder Singh is the Co-Founder and CEO of LookDeep Health, and a seasoned entrepreneur recognized for his impact in the tech and healthcare sectors. He co-founded Appirio, a leading cloud computing company acquired by Wipro in 2016, and has held leadership roles at SAP and webMethods. A member of the Forbes Technology Council, Narinder has been named to the New York Times and San Francisco Business Times’ 40 under 40 lists. He holds a BS from Northwestern, an MBA from Wharton, and an MS in Translational Medicine from UCSF and UC Berkeley.

Jonathan Ward is the President of HWL, a Jackson Healthcare Company, and a veteran in the healthcare staffing industry with over 30 years of experience. He previously held executive roles for more than two decades at Cross Country Healthcare and served as an assistant to the Chairman of W. R. Grace & Company, a Fortune 100 specialty chemical company. Jonathan holds a Master’s in Management from Rutgers University and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Drew University.
